Eric McSweeney is an Economic Development and Management Consultant whose skills, practical guidance and results-oriented approach have helped municipal clients in Canada and Europe develop innovative economic development solutions. He has coordinated or lectured at University of Waterloo economic development program seminars on planning, property development and the local economy. He is a trained facilitator and a trainer in economic development, process facilitation and strategic economic planning. |

Senior Consultant Ian Duff has worked in the public and private sectors developing specialized skills in urban and rural economic development, land use planning, public private partnerships, corporate marketing and government service delivery. He has prepared community and economic development strategies for rural communities in Southern Ontario and Northern Ontario. Susi Kennedy, B. Comm (Honours)
Consultant Susi Kennedy has significant strategic consulting experience, gained in the Strategy and Operations and Human Capital practices of Deloitte Consulting—and with Export Development Canada (EDC) as a Loans Services Officer, a Research Associate in Strategic Programs and Operations (Business Development) and an Underwriter in the Small Business Credit Insurance area. sports and enjoys spending time with friends and family. An avid traveler, she tries to visit a new country each year, to learn about new cultures and ways of life. Most recently, she has visited Peru and Brazil. 
Jing Zhao, B.Eng., B.Ec., M.A
Research Analyst Jing Zhao is responsible for data and research. Jing holds Bachelor Degrees in Engineering and Economics and a Master of Arts degree from Fu Zhou University in China and the University of Ottawa. She possesses strong economic data analysis skills and superior computer skills. She is also a decisive and critical researcher. Originally from China, Jing looks forward to joining the local community, having recently purchased her first home in Barrhaven. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music, cooking and photography.
Monique Richardson, B.A. (Hons.)
Administrative Assistant Monique Richardson, joined the company in 2008. She performs a wide range of tasks, including proposal and report preparation. She also oversees the general functioning of the office and supports day-to-day operations. Monique holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) degree in Communications from the University of Ottawa. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, cooking and spending time with her family.
