A consortium of firms led by Urban Strategies Inc. has been selected by the City of Orillia to lead a Downtown/Waterfront Revitalization Project.
The project will utilize a "design charrette” process in conjunction with a consolidated review of municipal plans and studies, to create a master development concept plan, and an action plan to be adapted by City Council.
